Apostle Estella V. Priest is a licensed and affirmed Apostle of Refreshing Springs Ministries, Inc., which was birthed in 2009. She assisted with the birthing of the Potter’s House Ministries in Fairlee MD and the birthing of Word Alive Ministries in Chestertown MD.
