The Northern Delaware Chapter GMWA Recording Choir is led by “The Maestro,” Minister Wayne E. Carter, Sr., who serves as the album’s executive producer.

Gospel choirs trained under the Gospel Music Workshop of America (GMWA) umbrella possess a certain style that non-GMWA choirs do not necessarily have. It’s spit-polish combined with passion, thunderous voices that can sing at a whisper, lively leads, and contemporary arrangements anchored in tradition.

The Northern Delaware Chapter, Inc of the Gospel Music Workshop of America Recording Choir (NDC GMWA) released their first album GOD BE GLORIFIED in 2016. Their debut offering ingeniously showcased beautiful sacred hymns, contemporary worship and traditionally arranged spiritual songs including their radio hit “We Praise You”.  GOD BE GLORIFIED also earned the choir 6 Rhythm of Gospel Award Nominations in 2017.  Choirmaster and NDC GMWA leader Minister Wayne E. Carter, Sr. “The Maestro” has been fine-tuning the dynamic choir and they return in 2019 with a new single “All Of My Help.”

“All Of My Help” is produced by A. Jermaine Nixon, written by A.J. Collier and features Tamba Giles as guest soloist.  “As a leader, I am so proud of the commitment and generosity of love this aggregation of singers exemplifies,” says Minister Wayne Carter.  “I am also thankful for Minister A.J. Collier and the amazing songwriting he delivered on ‘All if My Help’.   I am proud of you A.J.”
