Pastor Gayle Gilmore firmly believes that every one of us as God’s creations should be blessed–body, soul and pocketbook. She is a living testimony that no matter where one starts in life, God can change the ending. Given up for adoption at 6 days old and placed in the loving care of God-fearing parents, Gayle is a very sought out speaker and workshop facilitator, who motivates her audiences, both young and old, to be who God intended them to be from the beginning.
Gayle holds a Bachelors of Music Education from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Master of Science in Education, Guidance and Counseling from Old Dominion University. She is a licensed and ordained minister. She has been married to Rev. James Gilmore, Sr. for the last 32 years. Together they founded Grace Entwined Ministries in Chesapeake, Virginia. They are the proud parents of two adult children and one grandson.
Gayle is an author of three books, “How Would Jesus Invest? Breaking the Poor Man’s Mentality”, “Only By the Grace of God, The Story of Sharon Dixon” and “It Can’t Be Boring! A Christian Youth Program for Difficult Times”. Her play, “The Last Laugh” has been enjoyed by many churches and venues in Virginia and North Carolina, including the Chrysler Museum Theater in Norfolk Virginia.
