For over 20 years, Susan Tyler has consulted with leaders of Fortune 100 and 500 companies, non-profit and small businesses in the field of organizational development and leadership effectiveness. As owner and principal consultant of The Tyler Group, she works closely with presidents, CEOs and their executive teams to design and implement strategic change and leadership development initiatives.In 2001, Susan founded a non-profit, 501(c) (3) organization, which provides support to under served women and children. Susan’s entry into self-employment is one of her many faith testimonies. With a transparent spirit, she openly shares how she, “knowing that she had heard from God” walked away from her well-paying, yet unfulfilling corporate job to pursue her entrepreneurial dreams. She serves on several boards and is very active in donating time and financial resources to her church, local community and various non-profit organizations around the world. She holds a Master’s in organization development (MSOD) from American University and the National Training Laboratories (AU/NTL) with a distinction for her field work. Susan truly understands the interrelationship between faith and having an intimate relationship with Christ.
